The band were looking for something where they could fit We Need Medicine to be a recognisable scenario. So we made the triple fold cardboard sleeve for the CD and a comic booklet to illustrate the girl on the album cover screaming it down the phone. Also with the Vinyl edition; a 12" vinyl housed in a standard 12" sleeve.
